Champagne Irroy – The blend is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and 30% Chardonnay. It develops a great harmony and offers bright bubbles, and an elegant and expressive nose of white flowers aromas. The palate is clear and precise. Cuve Extra-Brut offers a final of a great length and reveals a marvelous mineral balance.
Menetou Salon – A superb Sauvignon Blanc – fresh and fruity. The nose is floral with some citrus and notes of menthol and pepper come through on a round, full palate.
Domaine Romy – A beautiful Beaujolais with juicy fruit and silky tannins
