Palomino, Pedro Ximenez and Torrontes grapes are harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness. The grapes are then co-fermented at cold temperatures to produce a crisp and aromatic white wine with floral aromas and zesty flavours of citrus , peach and apricot.
