Description
Chestnut in colour, this symphony of malt has mellowed for two months during a long 8°C tank maturation on the lees. UK Ernest hops were loaded in the kettle to produce a whopping 56 IBUs of bitterness. A rich malty beer with a robust lingering bitterness.
