Do you have prior experience as a barista in a cafe or similar environment, strong customer service skills, a friendly and approachable demeanour and the ability to multi task – if so we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be required to –
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and specialty drinks.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations as needed.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the cafe by maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth servie and a positive customer experience.
- Assist with stock management, including restocking supplies and monitoring product levels.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
