Sourced from selected vineyards in South Africa’s Western Cape, this Pinotage is a smooth, fruit-driven expression of the country’s signature red grape. Deep ruby in colour, the nose offers an inviting mix of ripe dark fruits with notes of plum, cherry and a hint of strawberry, alongside a subtle touch of spice. On the palate, it is well-balanced and rounded, showing layers of black cherry, cassis and juicy plum, supported by soft tannins and a gentle lift of acidity, with hints of dark chocolate and spice on the finish.
Easy-drinking yet full of character, this wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, barbecued dishes, burgers or sausages, as well as rich tomato-based pasta or mature cheeses.
