Cape Coral Rose – Beautifully dry, but firm with an evocative herby character and elegant fresh red fruit flavours. This wine is reminiscent of a typical Blanc de Noir from the South of France.

Circle of Life White – On appearance this wine shows an alluring green tinge, revealing delicate flavours of melon and hints of tropical fruit.  Wines from the Waterkloof Estate emphasise restraint, elegance and a strong mineral character due to the vineyards’ exposed position on the upper slopes of the famed Schaapenberg Mountain. High above False Bay the Waterkloof vineyards face directly onto the Atlantic Ocean at the southern limit of the Stellenbosch wine region. This very special site with its strong maritime influence, steep aspect and unique soil profile allows for the production of truly fine wines.

Circle of Life Red – A hugely compelling wine. Deeply refined single estate expression showing bounds of character, finesse, length, breadth and structure – it really does have it all!  A classically styled wine with notes of cassis and cedar. The seamless, elegant palate is encased by fine tannins. It is a wine whose flavours become more complex if the wine is allowed to aerate for a while and that will also increase in complexity with age.
