The evening begins with a welcome drink featuring Hatozaki Blended Whisky (Japan), before moving into a curated tasting of:
Hatozaki Triple Cask Reserve (Japan),
Kavalan Classic Single Malt (Taiwan),
Clonakilty Single Pot Still (Ireland),
High West Bourbon (USA),
High West Double Rye (USA) and
Torabhaig Sound of Sleat (Scotland).

Guided by Kit’s expert insight and storytelling, guests will explore the character, craftsmanship and innovation that define each region — from traditional Scotch to pioneering New World styles. Whether you’re a seasoned whisky enthusiast or simply curious to discover something new, this promises to be an informative, engaging and thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Throughout the night we will serve a selection of small palate-cleansing bites designed to complement the whiskies and refresh the palate between drams.
