We are delighted to welcome Charlie Wethered back to the Isle of Man, two years after his last visit, to host another truly exceptional evening celebrating the world-renowned Champagne House, Billecart-Salmon.

Founded in 1818 and still family-owned today, Billecart-Salmon is revered for its precision, elegance and unmistakable finesse. Renowned for its meticulous winemaking, cool fermentation and exceptional balance, this iconic Champagne house produces some of the most refined and expressive wines in the world — Champagne that is as subtle as it is memorable.

For this special event, our Head Chef has created an exquisite five-course menu, designed to complement and elevate each wine. Guests will enjoy seven carefully selected wines, including five outstanding Champagnes from Billecart-Salmon, alongside two elegant still wines from the Loire Valley, offering a broader exploration of terroir and style.

Hosted by Charlie Wethered, this immersive evening will bring the wines to life through insight, storytelling and expert guidance, making it as engaging as it is indulgent.
